PROGRAM FEES

Registration Fee: 
Paid pre-registration is required for all programs and enrollment may be limited for some programs because of space.  Most NGSL programs cost $5.00.  Members may register for additional programs throughout the semester when space is available.

Guests:

NGSL members and their out-of-town guests may attend programs.  Hosts must register and pay for their out-of-town guests in advance, however, NGSL members will receive first priority from programs with limited space.  

Reminders:

A courtesy email reminder will be provided only to participants who register prior to each program.

Limitations:
Some programs allow a limited number of attendees.  If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, get in touch with the Program Contact.  If you have paid and a space does not open, you will be refunded in full after the program date.

Any program that lists a minimum number of registrations required may be cancelled if the minimum number of registration is not satisfied. A minimum registration number is set in order to meet program costs.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy: 
All refunds will be issued as a credit which can then be applied to future dues, programs or events. 

Member Cancellations:                                                                                                           
 
No refund credit will be issued for program or event costing less than $20.00. 

Refund credits for programs or events costing $20.00 or more will be issued if the requested cancellation is received before registration closes for the scheduled program or event. 

Cases may exist where a financial commitment has been made that is not recoverable by NGSL. In such cases, only a partial refund credit will be made.  This determination will be made by the program committee.

NGSL Cancellations: 
If a program is canceled by NGSL and not rescheduled by the end of that fiscal year, a full refund credit will be provided.
